There is a 75% cancellation fee for no-show or cancellation less than the 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period for arrival to appointment. On the 11th minute your appointment is cancelled and cancellation fee will be collected. All no show appointments will require deposit plus no show fee to be paid before re-booking a future appointment. Failure to apply an active card to account will result in being banned from booking future appointments.
